Ingredients
- Cookie 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Condensed Milk 3 tablespoons
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 6 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies into crumbs.
Step 2
Add the softened butter. Mix until smooth. Let it sit for a while to allow the crumbs to absorb the butter.
Step 3
Lightly toast the walnuts. Cool them down and try to remove the skins. Chop the nuts a bit, but not into crumbs.
Step 4
Add to the cookie and butter mixture: vanilla sugar and condensed milk. Mix everything, let it sit a bit longer, and then add the crushed walnuts.
Step 5
In a separate container, pour the cocoa powder; this will serve as a kind of coating.
Step 6
Roll small balls from the cookie and walnut mixture and coat each ball in cocoa powder.
Step 7
Afterward, place the resulting 'truffles' in the freezer. They can be stored there until needed.
