Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Butter 10 oz
- Feta cheese 10 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Ground Caraway 1 teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, boil them, and mash while hot.
Step 2
Add the butter, grated feta cheese, flour, and salt. Knead the dough, roll it out to a thickness of 5 mm, and cut into sticks about 8 cm long. Brush the sticks with beaten egg whites and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Step 3
Place the sticks on a greased baking sheet. Bake until golden brown.
