Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the peeled potatoes, adding ground caraway seeds.
Step 2
At the same time, boil the eggs hard.
Step 3
Mix the sour cream with the flour and add to the potatoes, bringing the soup to a boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
