- Water 0 qt
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Dill to taste
- Porcini Mushrooms 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the mushrooms in water, adding salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cook the potatoes separately without salt and seasonings.
Step 3
After slightly cooling the potatoes, blend them into a puree.
Step 4
Add milk and butter to the puree.
Step 5
Separate the mushrooms from the broth.
Step 6
Mix the broth with the puree until smooth and bring to a boil.
Step 7
Add the mushrooms to the soup.
Step 8
Serve, garnished with dill and a piece of egg cut with an egg slicer. It looks very beautiful.
