Ingredients
- Meat 20 oz
- Vermicelli 5 oz
- Potato 20 oz
- Roots 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
- Bay leaf to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the root vegetables and onion into matchstick pieces and sauté them in oil. Cut the potatoes, then add them along with the root vegetables and onion to the boiling broth, and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Then add the vermicelli, along with salt, pepper, and a bay leaf, and cook for another 12-15 minutes.
