Ingredients

  • Veal Mince 20 oz
  • Potato 25 oz
  • Carrot 10 oz
  • Onion 10 oz
  • Breadcrumbs 3 spoons
  • Bay leaf 2 pieces
  • Tomatoes to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Add breadcrumbs to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Shape the mixture into meatballs.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Peel the potato and cut it into sticks or cubes.

Step 3

Add the potatoes to the boiling water. Then add the onions. Next, add the carrots. Season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.

Step 4

Add the meatballs and cook for 15–20 minutes. Five minutes before it's done, add the bay leaf.
