Potato soup can be made not only with <a href="https://eda.ru/recepty/bulony/myasnoy-bulon-s-ovoschami-21625">meat</a> broth, but also with <a href="https://eda.ru/video/ryba-moreprodukty-/kak-svarit-ribnij-bulon-76">fish</a> or <a href="https://eda.ru/recepty/bulony/gribnoj-bulon-14612">mushroom</a> broth. In potato soup made with mushroom broth, add chopped mushrooms when serving, and in soup made with fish broth, add a piece of boiled fish.
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 30 oz
- Root Vegetables 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Meat 20 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Prepare the meat broth.
Step 2
Slice the peeled root vegetables and onion, and sauté them in oil or fat skimmed from the broth. Cut the potatoes into cubes, add them along with the sautéed root vegetables and onion to the boiling broth, add salt, bay leaf, pepper, and cook for 25–30 minutes.
Step 3
When serving, sprinkle the soup with dill or parsley.
