Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 15 oz
- Leek 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Fermented Milk 5 fl oz
- Water 25 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the leeks, rinse, chop, place in boiling salted water, and boil for 5–6 minutes.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard.
Step 3
Then add the diced potatoes and black pepper. Before finishing cooking, add butter to the soup.
Step 4
When serving, add the boiled eggs to the soup and pour in the sour milk.
