Ingredients
- Potatoes 6 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Dill 1 bunch
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Bay leaf 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In boiling water (about 2 liters), add grated carrot and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and sauté until golden in a mixture of oils.
Step 3
Add the sautéed onion, diced potatoes, and bay leaf to the soup. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cook the soup for 10-12 minutes until the potatoes are tender, then stir in the lightly beaten eggs. Finely chop the dill and add it to the soup.
