- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Milk 0 qt
- Carrot 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into cubes, pour in a small amount of milk mixed with 1.5 l of water, and cook until soft. Mash the potatoes and pour in the broth.
Step 2
Sauté the peeled, washed, and sliced carrots in butter (20 g) until soft, then add them to the soup, along with the remaining milk, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, season with salt, and stir in the yolks mixed with butter.
Step 3
Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
