Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Potato 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Onion 20 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ricotta cheese 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: grate the butter and boiled potatoes, add the egg, salt, and flour.
Step 2
Knead the dough until smooth, divide into two parts, and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 3
Prepare the filling: sauté the onions until golden and translucent.
Step 4
Cool and mix with ricotta and egg until smooth, add black pepper.
Step 5
Roll out the dough and place it in a baking dish, fill with the filling, and cover with a second layer of rolled-out dough.
Step 6
Pierce the top layer of dough with a fork and brush with egg.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes at 355°F.
