Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Poultry 0 lbs
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, boil them, and mash until smooth. Then add the eggs, flour, salt, and knead the dough.
Step 2
Boil the chicken, separate the meat from the bones, and chop it. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, adding a little broth.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 340°F.
Step 4
Line a springform baking pan with parchment paper, grease it with butter, and place half of the potato dough in the bottom. Top with the chopped meat, sprinkle with grated cheese, and cover with the remaining dough.
Step 5
Smooth the top of the pie and brush it with the yolk mixed with sour cream.
Step 6
Bake the pie for about 30 minutes. Five minutes before it's done, sprinkle the pie with chopped herbs.
