Step 1
Prepare a classic sponge cake from eggs, sugar, and flour. Cool and blend in a blender.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, combine the butter and powdered sugar. Whip until smooth. Gradually add the condensed milk.
Step 3
Carefully fold the sponge cake into the cream. Mix well.
Step 4
Shape the pastries. Combine cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Roll the pastries in the cocoa mixture.
Step 5
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
