Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, slice them, and sprinkle with a mixture of pepper and flour. Fry in oil over high heat until a crust forms, cover with a lid, reduce heat, and cook until done.
Step 2
Add the herbs and let the potatoes cool. Then add the sour cream and grated cheese.
Step 3
Distribute into muffin tins. Poke with a fork to the bottom, drizzle the top with sour cream, and place in a preheated oven at 180–390°F. Bake for about half an hour (until golden brown).
