Description
The entire batch contains 950 kcal, and each of the 12 cookies has 80 kcal. Instead of sunflower seeds, you can use pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, or even sprinkle with sugar or poppy seeds. You can also add seeds directly into the dough.
Ingredients
- Potato 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Sunflower Seeds 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil or bake the potato. Peel and grate it.
Step 2
Add the egg, sugar, vegetable oil, baking soda, and flour. Mix well. Add salt.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 7 mm. Cut out circles from the dough and sprinkle them with seeds.
Step 4
Bake in the oven until done at 180-390°F.
