
Potato Cake with Cognac and Walnuts

This cake does not require baking.
Ingredients
- Vanilla Biscotti 10 oz
- Milk 1 cup
- Butter 5 oz
- Large eggs 1 piece
- Cognac 2 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar ½ cup
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
- Walnuts 10 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dry the vanilla cookies in the oven until they become soft.
Step 2
Pass the cookies through a meat grinder. Alternatively, place them in a food processor and grind to a crumb consistency. The cookies should still be warm.
Step 3
Mix the butter with the egg, powdered sugar, cognac, cooled cookie crumbs, and milk.
Step 4
Add the crushed walnuts to the mixture (I use a food processor for the entire mixture).
Step 5
Roll the finished mixture in your hands into the shape of potatoes. You can sprinkle cocoa or finely chopped nuts on top.
