  • Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
  • Nuts 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz

  • Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • Milk 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 3

Beat the sugar with 200 grams of softened butter. While continuing to beat, add the egg yolks.

Step 4

Melt 150 grams of chocolate in a water bath and mix it with the butter mixture. Add finely chopped nuts, flour, cinnamon, and milk, and mix thoroughly. Gently fold in the egg whites.

Step 5

Pour the prepared batter into a greased baking pan and smooth the surface.

Step 6

Bake for about one and a half hours.

Step 7

Melt the remaining chocolate, mix it with butter, and glaze the cake.
