Description
You can use any other fish instead of salmon. Enjoy your meal!!!
Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Potato 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Smoked haddock fillet 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Basil to taste
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the bell pepper into small pieces.
Step 2
Slice the carrot into thin rounds.
Step 3
Dice the potato.
Step 4
Sauté all the chopped vegetables in a deep skillet with olive oil.
Step 5
When the vegetables become soft, add water and small pieces of salmon to the skillet.
Step 6
Bring to a boil with the lid on.
Step 7
At the very end of cooking, season the soup with salt, pepper, basil, and bay leaf.
