  • Bay leaf 2 pieces
  • Ground coriander to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

In a separate bowl, combine 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of ground pepper mix, and ground coriander to taste.

Mix the spices well.

Peel the garlic, wash it thoroughly, and press it through a garlic press.

Wash the meat well under running water and pat it dry.

Make a shallow cut along the piece — about 1 cm deep.
