Description
Pork can be replaced with chicken. The filling for these fritters can be prepared in advance. It keeps well in the refrigerator in a glass jar with a plastic lid for 3–4 days. If you don't like garlic and herbs, you can omit them.
Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Potato protein 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the pork tenderloin. Add eggs, starch, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and chopped herbs. The filling will be liquid.
Step 2
Fry in vegetable oil in a skillet, using a spoon to drop the mixture.
