Pork and Apple Soup
Ingredients
- Pork Blood 10 oz
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Potato 2 pieces
- White Part of Leek ½ piece
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Green Apples 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into small pieces and fry in a pan with 2 tablespoons of heated oil for 8 minutes. Transfer to a pot, pour in 1.5 liters of water, and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the onion, carrot, and potato, and chop finely. Sauté the onion and carrot in the same pan for 6 minutes, then transfer to the pot. Add the potato, salt, and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Wash the apples and leek, slice thinly, and sauté in the remaining oil for 1 minute. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes. Add to the soup and cook for 5 minutes.
