Ingredients
- Poppy seed paste 5 oz
- Dry yeast 20 oz
- Honey 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 1 cup
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz

Step 1
Prepare the rich yeast dough.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the poppy seeds and let them sit for 30–40 minutes. Rinse, place on a paper towel, and let drain and dry.
Step 3
Mix honey with 1/2 cup of sugar and the poppy seeds.
Step 4
Roll out the dough, spread the filling, and roll it up.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Make the glaze. Mix 50 grams of butter, milk, and 1/2 cup of sugar.
Step 8
Melt on the stove or in the microwave.
Step 9
Brush the finished roll with the glaze.
