  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Poppy seed paste 5 oz
  • Cottage cheese 10 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon ⅓ teaspoon
  • Vanilla salt ½ tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Breadcrumbs 0 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Potato protein 0 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the butter with 50 g of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Stir until crumbly. Grease a baking dish (25 cm) with butter. Place a little more than half of the dough on the bottom.

Step 2

Combine the cottage cheese, lemon juice, 2 eggs, remaining vanilla sugar, and starch. For convenience, place in a pastry bag and pipe the filling onto the crust, leaving a couple of centimeters from the edge for the dough.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Mix the milk with the remaining sugar and bring to a boil, then add the crushed poppy seeds and let sit for a couple of minutes. Add an egg and breadcrumbs. Pipe the mixture using a pastry bag between the rings of cottage cheese. Fill the remaining gaps with dough. Bake for 40 minutes.
