
Poppy Seed Muffins

Description
You can bake a single layer in a small pan (about 6 inches in diameter) and use it as cake layers, cutting it in half and spreading cream in between.
Ingredients
- Rice Flour 5 oz
- Chicken Eggs 3 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Poppy seeds 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Sugar to taste
- Vanillin to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the poppy seeds (the water should be 1 cm above the seeds). Let it sit for 20 minutes, drain the water, and pour boiling water over it again for 20 minutes. Drain.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Thoroughly mix the yolks with the liquid butter, poppy seeds, and sugar.
Step 4
Add the flour mixed with baking powder and vanillin to the yolk mixture.
Step 5
Gently fold in the egg whites.
Step 6
Grease the molds with butter and fill them with batter up to 2/3 full.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30–35 minutes.
