This jelly can be spread on toast, enjoyed on its own, or served with holiday poultry as a sauce.
Ingredients
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 30 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Yellow pectin 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Juice the lemons and strain the juice.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and sugar. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Add the pectin and cook, stirring, for another minute.
Step 4
Remove from heat, skim off the foam, and pour into molds. Allow to set.
