Pomegranate-Cranberry Jelly
Ingredients
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Sugar ½ cup
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 2 cups
- Concentrated Cranberry Juice 2 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, mix the gelatin and 1 cup of cold water, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Place over low heat for about 3–4 minutes until the gelatin dissolves. Add the sugar, stirring for 2–3 minutes until it dissolves, and remove from heat.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the juices. Mix well and pour into molds.
Step 3
Chill, then place in the refrigerator until set.
Step 4
Before serving, hold the bottoms of the molds in hot water for a few seconds and invert onto serving plates.
