- Salt ½ spoons
- Polenta 5 oz
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Fig 5 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring half a liter of water to a boil in a saucepan, then gradually stir in the polenta without stopping, to avoid clumping. Once mixed, add salt and olive oil, and cook over low heat until it thickens completely.
Step 2
Remove from heat and stir in the polenta the butter, lightly beaten eggs, pine nuts, sugar, raisins, finely chopped dried figs soaked in water, and sifted flour.
Step 3
Transfer the result to a baking dish and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
