- Red Grape Juice 15 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Cinnamon 3 pieces
- Vanilla Pod 1 piece
- Sugar 5 oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Mint 1 stem
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the wine into a saucepan, place it on the heat, and reduce it by two-thirds.
Step 2
Cut the plums in half, remove the pits, and add them to the saucepan with the wine.
Step 3
Add sugar, cinnamon, the split vanilla pod, and honey. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat, add the butter, and stir until fully melted. Serve in a dish and garnish with mint.
