Description

If you're bothered by the small pieces of skin, you can pour hot water over the plum to remove the skin, and then separate the flesh from the pit and puree it.

  • Plums 4 pieces
  • Honey 4 spoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 2 spoons

Step 1

Remove the pits from the plums, chop them coarsely, and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Add lemon juice and honey (adjust the amount of honey to your taste and preference for sweetness).

Step 3

Place the puree in a container and put it in the freezer.

Step 4

After about 2 hours, you need to blend the frozen puree with a blender or stir it well with a spoon, then return it to the freezer. After another 1.5 to 2 hours, you can enjoy a refreshing dessert that is both delicious and healthy :)
