Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add the sifted flour and milk, whisk again, then fold in the pistachios ground in a blender with the flour.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with butter, place the halved plums on the bottom, and pour the batter over them. Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for twenty-five minutes.
