Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Plums 0 lbs
- Margarine 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Egg 1 piece
- Brandy 1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Milk 2 tablespoons
- Egg whites 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Gradually mix room temperature margarine with salt, sugar, egg, and brandy.
Step 2
Add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and milk.
Step 3
Spread the dough into a greased baking pan, make holes with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Step 4
Cut the plums in half, remove the pits, and place them on the crust. Then bake for about 20-30 minutes.
Step 5
Whip the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Remove the cake from the oven and spread the whipped egg whites on top. Bake for another 10 minutes (the longer you keep it, the crispier the top will be).
