Ingredients
- Plums 20 oz
- Whole egg 6 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Almond 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Puff Pastry 20 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soften the butter to room temperature (it should become soft) and whip it with the sugar using a mixer until pale. Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks, then incorporate them into the mixture of butter and sugar. Add the almond flour along with the baking powder, and mix well.
Step 3
In a baking dish, previously greased with vegetable or butter, first layer the puff pastry, then pour in the almond batter, and finally, carefully arrange the plums on top.
Step 4
Bake the pie for about thirty to forty minutes in the oven at a temperature of 375°F.
