Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the plums and remove the pits. Place them in a deep pot and heat over low heat until they become soft (this usually takes 15–20 minutes). Transfer the plum mixture to a large skillet, add cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 2
Place in a preheated oven at 300°F with the door slightly ajar. Every half hour, add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the plums. Once the jam is ready, pour it into jars and seal.
