- Plums 35 oz
- Sugar 35 oz
- Water 5 fl oz

Wash the fruits and remove the pits. Sprinkle with sugar and add water. Let it sit overnight.
Step 2
The next day, place the fruits on the heat, bring the syrup to a boil, then let it cool completely. Repeat this process two more times (don't forget to skim off the foam!).
Step 3
Afterward, let the jam cool completely and transfer it to clean, dry jars.
