Ingredients
- Plums 6 pieces
- 7 Grain Flakes 0 oz
- Oat flakes 0 oz
- Ground Almonds 2 tablespoons
- Pear Jam 2 tablespoons
- Honey to taste
- Grapeseed Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the plums into quarters, place them in a saucepan, and put on medium heat. Simmer for about 5 minutes. If necessary, add a tablespoon of water. Remove from heat and add honey to taste.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the cereal, flour, and ground almonds. Add 2 tablespoons of jam and oil. Mix until crumbly.
Step 3
In baking dishes, first layer the plums, then top with the flour crumble, pressing down well. Prick with a fork. Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15–20 minutes, depending on the size of the dishes.
