- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Hazelnut 5 oz
- Plums 25 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Ground Cinnamon 0 oz
- Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the plums into pieces, remove the pits, and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Sprinkle with sugar and spices and bake at 320°F for 20–30 minutes until soft. Make sure the plums do not turn into puree.
Step 3
Chop the cold butter into pieces and mix on low speed with sugar and flour. Add the nuts, transfer to the baking sheet, and bake until golden brown at 320°F for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
In a glass, layer the filling, crumble, and top with a scoop of ice cream or Greek yogurt.
