- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Ground Oats 5 oz
- Plums 20 oz
- Maple syrup to taste

Preheat the oven to 390°F. In a large bowl, mix the flour with the butter, rubbing it with your fingers. Add the sugar and oats, combining the mixture into a dough.

Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Place them in a baking dish and drizzle with maple syrup. Crumble the prepared dough on top. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the fruit starts to bubble.
