Plum Cookies
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Milk 1 tablespoon
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar 10 oz
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Ground clove to taste
- Pear Jam 0 oz
- Dark rum 4 tablespoons
- Apple Wine 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, diced butter, 125 grams of powdered sugar, egg yolk, milk, wine, rum, cinnamon, cloves, and plum jam. Knead into a uniform dough, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for 60 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm and cut out cookies in the desired shape.
Step 3
Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 10 minutes at 180°C. Allow the finished cookies to cool.
