Plum Cake
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Margarine 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Citrus Zest Mix to taste
- Rum 1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Plums 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix 125 g of flour, 60 g of sugar, and butter. Rub together and place in the refrigerator (or freezer).
Step 2
Mix the remaining ingredients (except for the plums, of course). If the plums are a bit sour, you can add a little more sugar.
Step 3
Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish. Arrange the plum halves on top in a rosette pattern. Take the dough out of the freezer and grate it over the plums.
Step 4
Bake for about 35 minutes at 390°F.
