- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Sugar 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Plums 4 pieces
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. In one bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat the sugar (80 g) and eggs, then add the milk and vegetable oil. Combine with the flour and mix with a mixer.
Step 2
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and arrange the halved plums, skin side down.
Step 3
Mix the remaining sugar (3 teaspoons) and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the plums and place a small piece of butter on each. Bake for 25–35 minutes until done (check readiness with a toothpick).
