Description

Ingredients

  • Walnuts 5 oz
  • Dates 5 oz
  • Almond 15 pieces
  • Cocoa Powder 6 teaspoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak the almonds in cold water for 15-20 minutes, then remove the skin.

Step 2

Grind the walnuts into flour.

Step 3

Mash the dates into a purée.

Step 4

Mix the nuts and dates until well combined, then stir in 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Step 5

Take the mixture with damp hands, place a peeled almond in the center, shape it into a ball, and roll it in the remaining cocoa.
