Ingredients
- Baking Powder 10 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Jam to taste
- Whipped Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 410°F. Grease a baking sheet with butter. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl, add the chopped butter, and mix with your hands.
Step 2
Make a well in the center and add 125 ml of milk and 3 tablespoons of water. Knead well, adding more liquid if necessary.
Step 3
Transfer the dough to a surface dusted with flour and knead for a while. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1-2 cm.
Step 4
Use a cookie cutter to cut out circles with a diameter of 5 cm and transfer them to the baking sheet. Brush the tops with butter and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Serve with jam and whipped cream.
