Ingredients

- Egg white 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz

Step 1
Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat with a mixer until it reaches a soft peak.
Step 2
Slowly add the granulated sugar to the egg white mixture and beat vigorously with a mixer (about 2 minutes) until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy.
Step 3
Mix the powdered sugar with the ground pistachios, then fold it into the egg white mixture, mixing thoroughly and beating with a mixer.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon the egg white mixture onto it to form 6 equal mounds.
Step 5
Bake in an oven preheated to 230°F (230 degrees Fahrenheit) on the middle rack for about 60-75 minutes.
