- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Pistachios 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Cranberry 5 oz
- Apple 2 pieces
- Candied fruits 0 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the crumble, thoroughly mix the coarsely ground pistachios, flour, sugar, butter, and salt using a mixer.
Step 2
For the crumble filling, combine the peeled and diced apples with the cranberries and chopped candied ginger. Add the grated orange zest and the juice squeezed from half an orange. Gently mix and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Place the fruit mixture into four individual baking dishes, sprinkle the pistachio mixture on top, and bake in an oven preheated to 345°F for about 30 minutes. (To speed up the process, you can cover the dishes with foil.)
