Description

You can speed up the chilling process by placing the glasses with jelly in a bowl filled with ice cubes.

Ingredients

  • Dry White Wine 10 fl oz
  • Sugar 0 oz
  • Gelatin ½ tablespoon
  • Fresh Berries 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Place a saucepan over medium heat, pour in the wine, and add the sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Warm the gelatin and incorporate it into the hot wine, stirring. Pour into a pitcher and set aside.

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash the berries and, if necessary, cut them in half. Arrange them in two dessert cups/glasses. Pour the wine over the berries and refrigerate until set.
