- Rosé Dry Wine 15 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- White Beans 1 piece
- Water 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the rosé wine, sugar, 2 pieces of lemon zest, the vanilla bean split in half, and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for about 20 minutes until the volume is reduced by three-quarters.
Step 2
Strain the syrup through a sieve. Cool and add the lemon juice.
