
Pineapples with Champagne and Fresh Fruit Mix

Ingredients
- Pineapple 1 piece
- Apple 2 pieces
- Clementines 4 pieces
- Merlot Grapes 10 oz
- Mango 1 piece
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Kiwi 2 pieces
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 1 piece
- Dry Champagne 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel one small pineapple and cut it into pieces (about 4 cm).
Step 2
Without peeling, remove the core from the apples and slice them (about 3 cm).
Step 3
Slice the flesh of the mango and the peeled kiwis into pieces of the same size.
Step 4
Extract the seeds from the pomegranate, trying not to damage their skins.
Step 5
Peel one orange and all the clementines (or small mandarins) and separate them into segments, removing the membranes if possible. Squeeze the juice from the second orange.
Step 6
Remove the grapes from the bunch, discarding the stems. Cut the berries in half and remove the seeds.
Step 7
Place all the peeled and sliced fruits and berries (except for the pomegranate seeds) into a large glass bowl, pour in the orange juice, and mix.
Step 8
Sprinkle the salad with pomegranate seeds on top.
Step 9
Just before serving, pour the champagne into the bowl with the salad.
