- Pineapple 30 oz
- Raw cane sugar 0 oz
- Ghee 0 oz
- Cardamom 8 pieces
- Lime 1 piece
- Coconut Milk 0 fl oz

Step 1
In a skillet, combine the clarified butter and sugar, add the cardamom seeds, and cook over low heat, stirring, to create a glaze base. Once the mixture of butter and sugar starts to thicken, remove the skillet from the heat and mix in the lime juice using a whisk.
Step 2
Preheat a grill pan, brush it with coconut oil, and grill thick slices of pineapple (at least 1 cm thick) for three to four minutes on each side. About thirty seconds before the time is up, brush the grilling side with cardamom glaze.
