- Mango 1 piece
- Dark rum 1½ tablespoons
- Lime Juice 1½ tablespoons
- Sugar to taste
- Grated Lemon Zest 1 teaspoon
- Pineapple 1 piece

Step 1
Peel the mango and cut it into pieces. Transfer to a blender.
Step 2
Add the rum, lime juice, and lime zest and blend until smooth. Add sugar to taste and blend lightly again.
Step 3
Peel the pineapple and slice it into rings. Arrange on plates and drizzle with the mango sauce.
