Ingredients
- Chocolate Biscuit Base 6 pieces
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Sour Cream 20 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Leave one biscuit whole, cut the others as desired.
Step 2
Whip the sour cream with sugar, add lemon juice. The mixture should be thick (but if it turns out a bit runny, don't worry — the cream will still set). Chop the pineapple and walnuts finely.
Step 3
Place the whole biscuit on a plate, spread with cream, and sprinkle with pineapple and walnuts.
Step 4
Spread cream on each piece and stack them, remembering to sprinkle with pineapple and walnuts.
Step 5
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and drizzle over the stack.
